Terms of Service

Exe Enterprises, An Everything Company L.L.C. is a Michigan-registered limited liability company headquartered in Ironwood, Michigan. We are a mobile, multi-service operation serving clients within a 6-hour radius of Ironwood as well as online clients globally.

By booking a service, submitting a contact form, or engaging with us in any service capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. These terms apply to all in-person, mobile, and online services.

Exe Enterprises currently provides the following services:

• Tech Repair — devices, computers, phones, consoles, and accessories
• Auto Detailing — interior auto detailing, steam cleaning
• Handyman & Odd Jobs — within Michigan's unlicensed handyman threshold (under $600 per project in labor)
• Cleaning Services — residential and commercial
• 3D Printing — custom prints, prototypes, replacement parts
• Game Modding — console and PC game modifications
• Website Development — design, build, and maintenance
• Market & Crypto Coaching — educational sessions only (see Section 10)

Mobile auto mechanic services are currently pending Michigan State Mechanic Certification and Motor Vehicle Repair Facility Registration and are not available for booking until all required credentials are secured.

All services are performed on a best-effort basis. Exe Enterprises reserves the right to decline any project outside its currently authorized scope, or any project it deems unsafe, unlawful, or beyond current capacity.

By using our services or this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or contacting us.

Exe Enterprises reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or requests that fall outside our authorized service scope.

Written or text-based approval is required before any work begins. This includes estimates communicated via text message, email, or our booking platform. All estimates are good-faith projections based on the information available at the time of quoting.

For services priced at an hourly rate — including tech repair, game setup & mods, and handyman work — the hourly rate is fixed, but the final total is an estimate that depends on the time the job takes. Any parts or materials are billed separately and are not included in the labor rate. The estimated total is confirmed with you before work begins, and you will be notified before the work would exceed the approved estimate. Flat-rate services (such as cleaning, detailing, coaching, and website packages) are charged at the quoted total rather than by the hour.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered during service, you will be notified of any scope or price changes before additional work proceeds. No verbal representations modify these terms unless confirmed in writing.

Exe Enterprises is not responsible for delays or inability to complete work caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or undisclosed information provided by the customer.

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the start of work. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of booking and may include cash, card, Square, PayPal, or other methods as available.

For projects estimated at $100 or more, a deposit of 10–50% of the estimated total may be required before work begins. The exact deposit amount will be communicated during the quoting process.

Driveout fees are non-refundable once travel has begun, regardless of whether service is ultimately completed. The driveout fee covers time and fuel costs for mobilization and is separate from service labor costs.

Invoices not paid at time of service may be subject to a late fee of up to $25 or 10% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) after 7 days, unless a written payment plan was agreed upon before service began.

For jobs totaling $100 or more, a signed Liability Waiver & Release of Claims is required before work begins. Exe Enterprises reserves the right to decline to perform services if the required Liability Waiver is not signed for qualifying jobs.

Handyman labor is limited to under $600 per individual project to remain within Michigan's unlicensed handyman threshold. This limit applies per project and is non-cumulative with other service engagements. Exe Enterprises does not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or any work requiring a Michigan Residential Builder's License or specialty trade license. Commercial handyman work is subject to separate written scope and approval.

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before a scheduled appointment will not be charged a driveout fee. Cancellations made after travel has begun are subject to the full driveout fee.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Exe Enterprises cancels the engagement. In that event, a full refund of any deposit will be issued promptly.

Refunds for completed services are not provided except in cases of documented workmanship error, which will be addressed by re-service at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.

For online services (website development, coaching sessions, game modding), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged for the full session.

Exe Enterprises is not liable for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed damage, data loss, or issues unrelated to the service performed. Customers are responsible for disclosing all known issues, damage, or relevant history prior to service.

Tech Services: Data backup is the customer's sole responsibility before any tech repair. Exe Enterprises is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

Auto Detailing: Customers must disclose any pre-existing interior damage, stains, or fragile components before service. Exe Enterprises is not liable for pre-existing conditions that worsen during cleaning.

Handyman / Construction: Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area. Any permits required are the customer's responsibility to obtain.

3D Printing: Customers warrant that requested designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Exe Enterprises reserves the right to decline any print job it deems illegal, harmful, or in violation of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exe Enterprises' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service engagement.

Michigan State Mechanic Certification and Motor Vehicle Repair Facility Registration are currently in progress through the Michigan Department of State. Mobile auto mechanic services will not be offered for compensation until all required credentials are fully secured.

Exe Enterprises performs only services within its currently authorized and licensed scope. When auto mechanic services become available, they will be clearly noted on our website and booking platform.

Website development projects require a written project agreement before work begins, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedule.

Customers are responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content delivery are not the responsibility of Exe Enterprises.

All custom code, design assets, and deliverables created by Exe Enterprises remain the intellectual property of Exe Enterprises until payment is received in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client per the written project agreement. Exe Enterprises retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.

Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are separate services not included in a standard build quote unless explicitly stated.

Market coaching and cryptocurrency coaching sessions are strictly educational in nature and do not constitute licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Exe Enterprises is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All investment and financial decisions are the sole responsibility of the client. Past performance discussed in sessions is not indicative of future results. Results are not guaranteed.

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge the speculative nature of cryptocurrency and financial markets and accept full responsibility for any investment decisions you make.

Customers are responsible for securing or removing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before cleaning service begins. Exe Enterprises is not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed or secured prior to service.

Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time. If access cannot be granted, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply. Cleaning supplies are provided by Exe Enterprises unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Exe Enterprises may photograph or document job sites, vehicles, devices, or completed work for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes. No personally identifiable information (faces, license plates, home addresses, or names) will be published without prior written consent.

If you prefer your project not be photographed, please notify us in writing before service begins.

Exe Enterprises is a Michigan-registered LLC and primarily operates under Michigan law. When services are performed in other states within our service radius, customers acknowledge that Michigan law governs the service relationship unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

Online services (coaching, website development, remote tech support, game modding) may be provided to clients globally. All clients agree to these terms regardless of their location.

All branding, graphics, written content, and code produced by Exe Enterprises remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement. Customers may not reproduce or distribute Exe Enterprises' proprietary materials without written permission.

Customers warrant that any content or designs they provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Exe Enterprises is not liable for infringement caused by customer-provided materials.

Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed to represent typical results. Results vary based on project type, scope, and circumstances. Testimonials are shared voluntarily and are not compensated. In accordance with FTC guidelines, any material connection between a reviewer and Exe Enterprises will be disclosed where applicable.

Exe Enterprises shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, Exe Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected appointment at no additional charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exe Enterprises, its owner, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of our services; (c) any false or misleading information you provide; or (d) any violation of applicable law by you.

Any dispute arising out of services provided by Exe Enterprises shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. Contact us at exeenterprises@aneverything.co.site to initiate this process.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Michigan under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or at the election of either party, through Michigan Small Claims Court (for disputes under $6,500).

The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs and fees. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. This section supplements the Liability Waiver & Service Agreement signed at time of service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Michigan.

Exe Enterprises reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Exe Enterprises operates an online shop at aneverythingcompany.org/shop as an affiliate storefront. The shop displays curated products and links to them on Amazon.com. Exe Enterprises does not sell, stock, ship, or fulfill any of these products. The following terms apply:

Affiliate Relationship & Disclosure. Exe Enterprises is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. As an Amazon Associate, Exe Enterprises earns from qualifying purchases. When you click a product link and complete a purchase on Amazon, Exe Enterprises may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This relationship does not influence the price you pay.

The Seller Is Amazon, Not Us. All purchases are made directly on Amazon.com or through its third-party sellers. Your entire transaction — payment, order processing, shipping, customer service, and account — is governed solely by Amazon's Conditions of Use, pricing, and policies. Exe Enterprises is not a party to your purchase and has no access to your payment information, shipping address, or order details.

Payment & Order Confirmation. Exe Enterprises does not process payments for shop products and does not issue order confirmations. Amazon handles all checkout, billing, and confirmation directly.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations. All returns, refunds, cancellations, warranty claims, and delivery issues are handled exclusively by Amazon and its sellers under Amazon's return and refund policies. Exe Enterprises cannot process, approve, or guarantee any return or refund for shop products. Please direct all such requests to Amazon.

Pricing & Availability. Product prices, availability, descriptions, images, and specifications shown on our shop are provided for convenience and may be cached or out of date. The authoritative price and availability are always those shown on Amazon at the time of purchase. Exe Enterprises makes no warranty as to the accuracy of product information and is not liable for discrepancies.

No Endorsement Guarantee. While we link to products we believe are useful, Exe Enterprises does not manufacture these products and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their quality, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance. Any product warranty is provided by the manufacturer or seller, not by Exe Enterprises.
